Frame Extraction
To extract frames as files, You need:
- To extract not all frames, select frames.
- Click
 under the title of the program.
- Respond to a possible request to redraw frames.

A window will appear:
- Click
 and set the folder for frame files.
- Select a file format from the "Format" drop-down list. If you select "JPG", you can specify the quality.
- To extract not all frames, check "Selected Only".
